Bay Area Kids Dentist works with several major dental insurance carriers to help maximize your benefits. While insurance participation varies by provider and plan, our experienced team handles claims processing and helps you understand your coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
We accept assignment of benefits and will file claims on your behalf to simplify the reimbursement process. Our staff can verify your insurance coverage prior to treatment and provide estimates of your expected costs. Whether your plan is in-network or out-of-network, we’re committed to helping you navigate the insurance process and maximize your available benefits.

Our office will make every effort to gather all relevant information regarding your insurance coverage before the visit. We will pre-register your child based on the information given to us at the time you made the appointment. If you have insurance to help pay for your services, our office will bill your insurance as a courtesy. Understand that dental insurance may cover only part of your child’s dental treatment, based on your specific dental insurance benefit plan. We will do our best to provide you with an estimate based on your plan. However, please be aware if your insurance company does not pay within 60 days, payment in full is expected from the responsible party. Any concerns of insurance coverage need to be addressed with your insurance company directly.
Cash PatientsFull payment is due at the time treatment is rendered.
Denti-Cal PatientsWe are not a Denti-cal contracted provider however, we do offer Denti-cal patients a cost savings discount in our Morgan Hill location.
CareCredit is a credit card service that allows you to pay for your healthcare needs over a period of time at competitive interest rates. It is quick and easy to apply online through the links below. Once you are approved, you can use your Care Credit line of credit immediately to help manage your healthcare costs not covered by insurance.
